Now in its twelfth year, the Dynamites are the North East’s most highly anticipated IT and Tech awards. Since 2014, 4,732 attendees have celebrated the industry, 137 companies or individuals are the proud holders of the cherished Dynamites trophy and over 1,004 nominations have been considered by the judges. On Thursday 20th November 2025, twelve years in we are expecting the biggest celebration of the industry yet.
Guests will be welcomed with a drinks reception to socialise and network with 450 attendees from 150+ organisations. From there a three course dinner will accompany the main activity for the evening; the awards themselves. The event provides an opportunity for attendees and companies to build profile and national status in joining Dynamo’s growing network.
Gary Delaney is a Double Sony Award Winner, a Chortle Award
nominee, and is the only comic ever to have got two gags in the same top 10 for Dave’s Funniest Jokes from the Edinburgh Fringe.
Gary is widely regarded as being the most quotable one-liner
comic in the country. He projects the barely hidden delight of a cheeky
schoolboy and the audience can’t help but be carried along by his infectious charm, so much so that he has sold over a quarter of a million tickets on his tours across the UK and Ireland.
